  Perfect “winter”stay in Kalbarri at Pelican Villa 12. The accommodation had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. It looks better than the photos as everything is newly renovated and designed nicely. The shower was incredible and so was the bath tub. We had access to the pool which was maintained every day. We sat out and had our morning coffee in the sun outside. It was a great stay. It was cheaper to book directly rather than airbnb which I would always recommend doing. Easy check in and check out, very smooth process. We will be staying here every time we come to visit.

  Outdoor entry stairs to the Villa are non-compliant. They are not safe. They are dangerous. Internally, the Villa was neat and tidy and well equipped.

  We stayed in Villa 12 for 4 nights. The unit looks like it has recently been renovated; all kitchen appliances appeared new. The leather lounges in loungeroom were new and comfortable. All the furniture is new; the villa is very tastefully decorated...I could quite happily live there! Kitchen and bathroom new, modern and fresh. The unit was lovely and clean...didn't have to worry about cleaning surfaces beforehand.
  Future renters need to be aware that there is no WiFi in this villa, so all functions of smart TV are not accessible. Also, there is no DVD player, but smart TV is quite large. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery, pots, pans, baking dishes etc. One aircon unit in living area and one in master bedroom....love the walk-through robe.
  We had a very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to recommend the villa to other holiday makers.
