This magnificent property consists of two levels with accommodation for 10 guests and situated on the water front opposite the Murchison River. There are 3 outdoor entertaining areas.
LOWER LEVEL comprises of three bedrooms, one bathroom 1 x Queen bed in main room, 2 x Single beds in second room and 2 x Bunk beds in 3rd room (this room has a few steps to enter room). All bedrooms have built in robes. From the front main bedroom and lounge area you can see the water, the bi-fold doors open into the combined lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen. A reverse cycle air con is located in the lounge room that covers the main bedroom as well.
The second and third bedrooms have reverse cycle air cons ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and living area. TV and DVD player. There is a washing machine in the small laundry. The bathroom has a separate shower, bath and toilet. There is a sheltered patio/BBQ area at the rear with a hot and cold outdoor shower ideal when coming back from the beach. Also an additional BBQ area at the front of the house.
UPPER LEVEL comprises of a large kitchen, dining and living area leading onto a huge balcony overlooking the Murchison River with stunning views of the ocean and river mouth. The main bedroom has river views and an ensuite bathroom. From the family area there is also a powder room and toilet. All rooms have reverse cycle air cons and ceiling fans. There is a 50" Large screen TV connected to Foxtel with Foxtel Sports channel and also a DVD player. No Wifi.. This area has laundry with washing machine in the downstairs section of the top level. .
The two levels are connected with an internal staircase which has an interconnecting door which can be locked if required.
This house is situated close to all amenities including restaurants, cafes, IGA, river and swimming beach.
Come sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing views and spectacular sunsets.

Our National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities like canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them or just relax the choice is yours.
