Reverse cycle air con in living area plus TV, DVD player and CD player. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a microwave, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and Breville Pod coffee machine in the well stocked kitchen. Washing machine, iron and ironing board in laundry. BBQ and outdoor patio furniture on front under cover verandah with those great views of the river and ocean. Back patio also has outdoor setting and there is a small lawn area surrounded by garden. Parking for a boat. Short stroll to shops.
