This 4 bedroom house has 2 x Queen beds & 2 x Tri-bunks , 2 bathroom, open plan house sleeps up to 10 guests and is suitable for 2 families. All linen suppied but BYO Bath Towels only..

The main living area is serviced by a 7kw reverse cycle air conditioner that overflows to the 4 bedrooms, as does the gas heater during winter. The main bedroom has 1 x Queen Bed and its own reverse cycle air conditioner, mirrored sliding door wardrobe and ensuite bathroom inc shower & toilet. All other bedrooms also have there own reverse cycle air con as well . Second bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom with tri bunkbed, and 4th also has a tri bunk bed.. .(Tribunks are 1 double on the bottom and 1 single bed on top.) Stove/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer in spacious well stocked kitchen. Large screen TV and DVD player in spacious lounge room, with dining flowing through to the open kitchen area as well. Large corner bath in main bathroom with a separate shower. Washing machine in laundry with separate toilet. Out the back there is a shaded undercover entertaining area and in the front a seating area not undercover or shaded, but great area for winter both with gardens, Back area has a gas BBQ and second beer/bait fridge plus an enclosed lawn area . There are 2 driveways that provide plenty of parking for cars and boats. All within easy walking distance to beaches, the river and shops. You will be very happy with this lovely, homely, well set up property. PLEASE NOTE - Bath Towels are NOT Provided BYO Towels. ALL other Linen is provided.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish & chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more.
