Recently painted througout with more new added features happening very soon, This 3 bedroom 1 x Queen bed, 4 x Single beds (Bed configuration will change in 2024, one extra queen bed will be added and 2 singles removed..) 1 x bathroom (combined with laundry) duplex half is right on the waterfront. One of the best views in town. The main front bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with river /ocean views and cupboard space. Both the Second & Third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. (One room to change as mentioned.) . The open plan lounge /dining area has a Large TV with sofa to relax in and look out over the river views through the front glass sliding doors. COOL ONLY air con in kitchen & lounge area. Pedestal Fans available for all bedrooms. Microwave, oven/stove, fridge/freezer in well stocked kitchen. High chair if required. Washing machine in laundry / bathroom including toilet.
The small Weber BBQ is on the wooden front deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Fantastic uninterupted views across to the river, ocean and foreshore. Enclosed small paved courtyard out back with clothes line. IGA very close. Parking is only for max of 2 cars as its a shared driveway with the unit at the back.
Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
