This lovely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs unit has a back patio with outdoor setting and is situated near the playground and across from the pool. 1 x queen bed in main bedroom and 1 x bunk bed plus 1 x single bed in second room. Lovely renovated bathroom includes shower and toilet. Lounge has large TV and DVD player. Dining room setting in living area. The unit has a reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area. Iron/ironing board. No washing machine. Free standing fans, plus a heater. The renovated kitchen has a new oven and stove, all new cupboards and benches, which include all cutlery and crockery along with cooking utensils. Microwave and fridge/freezer.
