3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 storey river front fully renovated unit. Main room has a queen bed with views , second room has 1 x king single with balcony and views and third room has 2 x single beds. Reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area, downstairs. All bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Large TV in lounge. Microwave, fridge/freezer, stove and oven in beautifully renovated well stocked kitchen. You will enjoy this lovely clean neat & tidy Unit, which is close to all facilities. It is a Great Unit all round with the outdoor setting on the small front patio area that faces the river & marina across the road. Watch the Sunsets and the boats coming home while enjoying a beverage with out leaving home, or enjoy a lovely sunset stroll along the river.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO ACCESS BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more.

This complex has a large pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool. There are share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied. There are tennis courts for your use but you do need to bring your own rackets and balls.

  We loved our first family holiday to kalbarri. The property was clean and tidy when we arrive and served us well with two young children. We enjoyed the layout of this unit as it allowed us to easily set up a travel cot for our youngest without having to jump over beds/furniture to use it. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and functional and the view of the river was lovely. Although the complex is a little old we found the facilities to be very family friendly. We loved the varying pool depths, the shallow pool was so handy, the two play grounds, the on-site laundry facilities and the bbq area. Not on site but a notable mention was The Gorges Cafe within walking distance for great coffee and yummy food and another larger playground just across the road. We’ll be back!
